While a historical analysis of the Client’s software estate was being completed, BlueOptima identified an unusual drop in productivity over the past few years of activity, at which point the Client revealed there had been a security breach. The Client’s security breach had caused a mass productivity drop across the company’s entire software estate. However, the Client was yet to understand the entire extent of the damage so they worked with BlueOptima to uncover the full story.
An analysis of data comparing monthly results showed that there had been between £250,000 and £350,000 lost in capacity per month during the security breach.
